Gicherori Factory, part of Kibugu Farmer’s Co-op since 1994 with 1200 members, takes coffee cleaning to the next level in Kenya. The 18-day process involves meticulous steps within each stage of de-pulping, fermenting, washing, and drying on raised beds. Result? Pristinely clean beans, as pure as morning dew. No mucilage, just the natural farm flavor. It's coffee perfection – Gicherori style!

Shipping Schedule
We roast Monday - Wednesday and ship USPS priority. Orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday will be filled immediately if we have the coffee on hand. Otherwise, your order will be roasted & shipped the following week.
