Established by the Yachisi family in 2012, the Guji Highlands farm stretches over 250 hectares in Shakiso. In addition to producing their own organic coffee, the family trains other local producers in organic cultivation techniques. After harvest, cherries are sun dried on raised beds and turned constantly for up to 4 weeks to ensure even drying.
This coffee has notes of mixed berry jam and lychee.
We roast on Monday and Tuesday and ship USPS priority. Orders placed after Tuesday will be filled immediately if we have the coffee on hand. Otherwise, your order will be roasted & shipped the following week.
