The Beneficio San Vicente dry mill works with farmers in the Santa Barbara region of Honduras to improve coffee quality. For these producers, the increase in quality has afforded them the opportunity to sell to the specialty coffee market, where their coffee will receive much higher prices. This is our second opportunity to source from farm owner Dionisio Hernandez, who works with the Beneficio San Vicente mill and cultivates catuai varitey coffee at elevations around 1500 meters.
