One of our favorite sun-dried natural coffees is back for a second year! One of the only coffee estates in Shakisso, Nefas Farm grows its own coffee in addition to purchasing coffee cherry from the surrounding community. The coffee is meticulously sorted and sun dried on raised beds until it reaches maximum ripeness and sweetness. The coffee seed absorbs fruit sugars during this process, imparting dessert-like aromatics, sweetness, and body.
Mora Mora is outstanding on filter or espresso, with juicy blueberry, lychee, and a clean floral finish.
