Stretching over 250 hectares in Shakiso, the Guji Highlands farm was established by the Yachisi family in 2012. In addition to producing their own organic coffee, the family assists producers in the surrounding 400 hectares with training in organic cultivation techniques. After harvest, cherries are sun dried on raised beds for up to four weeks. During this time, the coffee is regularly turned by hand to ensure even drying. This attention to detail reveals itself in the cup; expect to find tropical sweetness reminiscent of papaya and lychee.
