Las Perlitas translates to “little pearls'' and with that sentiment, this coffee doesn’t disappoint–offering all the wealth and beauty of the Huila, Colombia region. With the combined efforts of small-holder farmers in Santa Maria, Garzón, Pitalito, and Palestina, the harvest from 26 different producers brings their yield to the local washing station. This lot represents the best coffee from the Huila region; the producers are meticulous in their sorting and production efforts and they are constantly evolving and improving their methods of growing, harvesting, and sorting. This coffee contains both Caturra and Pink Bourbon varieties, the Pink Bourbon outweighing the Caturra, leading to a brighter, more fruit-forward cup.

Shipping Schedule

We roast on Monday and Tuesday and ship USPS priority. Orders placed after Tuesday will be filled immediately if we have the coffee on hand. Otherwise, your order will be roasted & shipped the following week.
