This regional blend comes from several producers across Huila’s municipalities of Palermo, Algeciras, Hobo and Iquira. During processing, the coffee seeds ferment in cherry for 10 - 14 hours before being pulped and fermented underwater for 24 - 36 hours. These long fermentation times add sweetness and depth to the coffee.

We roast on Monday and Tuesday and ship USPS priority. Orders placed after Tuesday will be filled immediately if we have the coffee on hand. Otherwise, your order will be roasted & shipped the following week.
